1- What does sendmonthly do?

We provide a bespoke service for you and women of the UK that predicts the dates of their upcoming periods. Every month, we will tell you exactly when to expect each period and then send you the towels or tampons you require (up to 15). It will be posted straight to your door,  home or work. We currently provide this service to the UK only.


2- How does it work?

You need to tell us a bit about yourself and your needs by registering with us. We will then work out a schedule from the details you give us. You also need to select the products you use. They will be discreetly packaged in our bespoke boxes. We will contact you by email to remind you that you are due to receive a delivery from us. We will contact you again two days before your period is due.


3- How far in advance can you schedule for?

Currently we will work out a schedule for 12 cycles. Roughly a year, but everyone is different. You can make a one off payment for the 12 cycles or you can pay for the service on a per cycle basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time (although we hope you love our service too much!) just go to our contact page. If you're period is due within 7 days, a box will already be on it's way to you, and so cancellation will happen after that period.


4- Can I change my requirements?

Of course you can. Just login or send us a message, just give us as much warning as possible, at least 7 days before your next period, and we will be right on it. Email help@sendmonthly.com

5- Can I order a selection of towels and tampons?

Yes. Just let us know what you usually use. You can have all the same brand and style or a pick and mix up to a total of 15 items. Fifteen is the average, but of course if you need more then let us know and we will sort that out. If you can't see your usual choice in our drop down menu, please get in touch and we will source them and add them to your order.

6- How is the order delivered?

We will discreetly, securely and efficiently pack your order into one of our bespoke boxes and then it will be delivered by first class royal mail post to any address in the UK. Our boxes are designed to fit through standard letterboxes, and does not need to be signed for. Please let us know if you are having trouble receiving your goods. Email help@sendmonthly.com

7- How much is the service?

You can register for the sendmonthly service and pay on either a monthly or twelve cycle (approximately a year) basis. Payment per cycle is £3.99, for twelve cycles it’s £44.That gives you a one cycle saving for the yearly option. Once you register, you will be redirected to Worldpay who will take payment on our behalf. The above prices include the cost of our diary service, 15 tampons or towels, postage and delivery too. Currently we only deal in £'s, good old Pound Sterling.


8- Sanitary Towels/ Tampons

Our primary service to you is as a diary service. We also supply your sanitary protection too, but that is as a retailer. We cannot advise you on how to use or choose your products. Please see the following manufacturer’s websites for information on the products you use. www.tampax.com

9- Your privacy is paramount to us.

10- Can I cancel my subscription?

Yep. We understand situations and circumstances can change and would wish you the best of luck on emigrating to Fiji! Just let us know and we will take care of it for you. We will refund your subscription on a pro rata basis if you have paid a one off fee, or will cancel your monthly subscription if you use that payment method. Just give us as much warning as possible please!


11 – What if I get pregnant?

First of all, congratulations! Secondly, we can suspend your membership until you need the service again. Just tell us when you’re due, and then when you start you’re periods again. We will sort out dates and delivery of your towels and tampons for you.

12 – Returning the goods.

If you have a problem with the packaging or the goods themselves, please get in touch as soon as possible at help@sendmonthly.com. We will then endeavour to help you as quickly as possible, as time is of the essence.
